Well, we have left Provo behind us and have moved ourselves to Houston! It is so nice to be around family again. It has been a few long months of job and apartment hunting but we are so happy to be going through everything together.
We have found a cute little apartment in the city, not too far from everything. It takes us 15 minutes to drive to work, 5 to drive to the Galleria (the greatest mall ever), and 15 to get to the Museum district. It's fun to be in a city that has so much to do! In the past few months we have gone to museums, an Astros game, and a free Disney concert by the Houston Symphony!
In our ward we have been called to work with the nursery. Our nursery is huge but we love playing and singing. (and eating the snacks!) Today there were 17 kids between 18 mo. and 3! It's exhausting but rewarding.
Everything is going really well for us :) We're excited for this next chapter of our life. It feels like being perched on the edge of a big adventure, just about ready to jump in.
